Alice Buchanan and Meghan D'Amico

Alice Buchanan is a Brooklyn based and Memphis raised musician and educator. She is a Suzuki Violin instructor, RYT-200, and founder of Tutti Studio NYC. She believes that all bodies can express themselves through movement and/or music and works to create that space for her students.  Meghan D’Amico received her RYT 200 in Ashtanga Yoga (the philosophies and practice of Sri Pattabhi Jois). Meghan's exploratory teaching style encourages students to practice with humble confidence and strength. She is the founder of Power Spell Heavy Metal Yoga based in Nashville, TN.
