Origin of Às̩e̩ : The word Às̩e̩ , pronounced “ah-sheh”, originates from the Yoruba language of West Africa. Às̩e̩ is the spiritual life force that exists and flows throughout the universe and all of its inhabitants.  The meaning of Às̩e̩  is power, command, and authority. Às̩e̩ is ability to make whatever one says happen, often signifying spiritual manifestation. Also, frequently summarized as “so be it”, “so it is”, or “amen”. Our why Às̩e̩ is a community of individuals that believe in the value of connectivity and positive thought. We exist as a link between conscious forward thinkers and the resources that will propel individual, communal and purposeful growth. Our intent is to ignite positive meaningful change through collaboration and the sharing of resources, skills and ideologies. Às̩e̩ is not just a name but rather a progressive movement that utilizes the power of the collective to build as a unit and aid in the realizing of our individual purposes.
