barre3 is coming to Highlands Ranch at The Shops at Central Park! We will be located at 1493 Park Central Drive Suite 100 Highlands Ranch, CO 80129 and opening in just a few months! Our workouts are designed to transform the body to one of equal balance, strength and flexibility. All movements are low-impact and designed to build muscle, burn fat and break through plateaus.
