Behold is a Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Conscious Events salon in Collingwood offering a timetable of weekly classes for all ages as well as monthly workshops & community events.   Located in the heart of the inner north, Behold is an urban yogi cave for the modern day seeker. The space is intimate & class sizes are small. All classes are by pre-booking only.
