Growing up, the North Dakota native learned business basics at a young age thanks to his grandfather, a real estate broker and development consultant, who helped spark Ben s appreciation for historic homes and neighborhoods in his hometown of Grand Forks. 15 years in public relations between Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and Phoenix brought Ben to make a transition into a career in real estate, and to make the commitment to bring attention to the preservation of historic buildings in Old Town Scottsdale.
