Organize paragraphs for emphasis, unity, and coherence. 3. Format documents with headings and lists to increase accessibility. 4. Check messages for a reader-centered tone. 5. Edit for fluency, clarity, consistency, and conciseness. 6. Proofread for proper sentence structure, grammar, diction, spelling, and punctuation.
