Cairns Cooking School

At Cairns Cooking School we offer a range of cooking classes to suit all ability levels that are fun, interactive and interesting, located at 45 Grafton Street at Eato's Cafe. All our cooking classes are geared towards the home cook and being achievable for people to do at home too. Choose from one of our range of different classes or design one of your own and get a few friends together for your own personal class (min 8 people). Standard classes run for 2 1/2 hours and a Master class for 3 hours which is followed by a share meal after the class concludes. In an interactive learning environment, you will discover how each dish is prepared and made.You will provided with take home recipes and you will have the opportunity to take notes whilst hands on cooking on the day, as well as take away containers for your meals and a bag to take them home in. Our classes are limited to small numbers so you get plenty of one-on-one time with the instructor to ask questions, learn tips and tricks, and of course meet new people! You do not need to bring anything as everything is provided. We do ask however that you wear flat, enclosed shoes and sensible clothing. We will provide you with an apron.
