Capital Wine School

The Capital Wine School is owned and managed by Jay Youmans MW. The school offers a wide range of wine courses and classes for the beginner, intermediate, expert, and professional. We are an approved program provider for the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET). In addition, we offer the Wine Scholar Guild Courses (French Wine Scholar, Italian Wine Scholar); the Italian Wine Central ( Italian Wine Professional), and the Society of Wine Educators (Certified Wine Specialist and Certified Wine Educator). Our Instructors include Internationally recognized wine writers, WSET Diploma grads, Master Sommeliers, and Masters of Wine. We believe in outstanding wine education without snobbery.
