Casual Elegance Catering

Casual Elegance is a chef-driven catering company featuring the expertise of award winning chef Wayne Homsi and his wife Susetta.  Together we create a remarkable culinary experience that focuses on fresh, locally sourced ingredients.  Our cooking classes are a fun way to bring out the Master Chef in all of us.  With a maximum of 16 students, our intimate classes provide a hands-on approach to learning. Typically, a class consists of a brief lecture where recipes and instruction are provided, followed by the cooking portion were each team will prepare a portion of the menu. At the end of class, everyone will sit down and enjoy the food they have prepared.  Due to regulations we are unable to serve alcohol,  but you are welcome to bring a un-open bottle of wine to be consumed at the end of class with your meal.. Casual Elegance is also available to host private hands-on cooking parties and catering for any occasion. Perfect for corporate events, team building, birthdays, bachelorette parties, rehearsal dinners and much more.
