Who We Are Since 1935, Catholic Charities East Bay has helped people in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, regardless of their faith, who are struggling with poverty and other complex issues.   Our Mission Catholic Charities East Bay works with youth, children, and families to promote resilience, strengthen families, and pursue safety and justice.
