Center for Evaluation and Counseling, Inc. (CEC) is a non-profit  mental health  agency that provides supportive services to abused and neglected children and their families. CEC provides a child friendly environment where troubled minds are healed and hearts are mended.   Our services include individual and family counseling. The goals of the services are to reduce the likelihood of future abuse and neglect, to strengthen family functioning in order to preserve the unity of the family and to reduce or avoid separations wherever possible.  The single greatest predictor of how well a child will recover is the support and understanding that a parent/caregiver can give. A child’s life may be altered by abuse, but it is not defined by abuse.   CEC inspires confidence and respect as a provider of comprehensive behavioral healthcare to the children and families we serve.
