Changes Psychological Services, PLLC is dedicated to offering quality mental health wellness workshops, designed to educate and inform the public.  Dr. Kirsten L. McNelis, owner and founder, is a licensed clinical psychologist in both the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.  She has over 14 years of experience in providing psychological services.  Through her practice, she also offers seminars for aspiring mental health professionals, consultation opportunities for colleagues and individual psychotherapy for adults.
