City of St. Louis - Community Development Administration

The Community Development Administration (CDA) facilitates housing and community development activities by administering federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME) and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. CDA strengthens the City of St. Louis and its neighborhoods by partnering with local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private firms to carry out housing development, home repair, business and economic development, public facility improvement, historic preservation, and social service programs.
