Dr. Dina Cagliostro and Jennifer Araneo

Dr. Dina Cagliostro is a school and clinical psychologist. She works part time in the Montclair Public School system, and she has a private practice based in Verona, NJ.  She is very knowledgeable on the growth and development of children and is also the mother of two teenage daughters.  Jennifer Araneo is a Mindfulness Trainer and Reiki Master focusing on women's holistic health and wellness.  She has years of experience integrating the mind body connection and helping women to find a time and place for self care and to heal old wounds. Jennifer has a practice based in Hoboken, NJ.  Dr. Dina and Jennifer bring insight, perspective and knowledge to this very sensitive topic of puberty and sexuality.
