Ellie Petschek & Julia Ruff

Ellie Petschek is a yoga and meditation teacher (200 RYT) based in London. Her focus is guiding her students to find calm and serenity in the chaos that is living in the city of London.  Julia Ruff is a yoga teacher at East+West teacher training school in Bali, Indonesia (200 RYT). Her goal is for every person to realise their worth and bask in the glory of their own self-love!
