Tricia Grant and Stephanie Pinto are certified Emotional Intelligence coaches and trainers under the internationally recognised Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence (ISEI). Tricia Grant utilises an effective yet warm approach to taking action in order to change your life and focuses on emotional intelligence, strategy and responsive skills. She has started and sold several businesses over 7 years, now Tricia is a master of the process of small-medium sized businesses. Tricia co-founded EQuation, a 12 month corporate program that develops leaders and cultivates strong communication skills for large teams. Stephanie Pinto has been working with families and children in home, schools and the community for 10 years. She co-founded EQkids, a change-maker that empowers parents, kids, schools and communities to develop their emotional intelligence. She has a passion to support people to build resilience, self-awareness, confidence and empathy using the skills of EQ.
