Fiero Flair Presents

Girl Power is an annual Fiero Flair conference catering to women with professional music industry aspirations. Created in 2013 by Fiero Flair founders Gian & Kerry Fiero, who are also adjunct professors at San Francisco State University's Music/Recording Industry Program, Girl Power fills the void created by male dominated music industry conferences that fail to address the specific needs and challenges of women who work, or desire to work in all aspects of the music industry. Girl Power is rapidly becoming an epicenter for empowering women with the education, resources, and networking opportunities that are keys to establishing, developing, and advancing professional careers in the music industry.
