The Friends of Margam Park was re-formed in 2006 and continues to flourish with an ever increasing membership. Our objectives  are to conserve and enhance Margam Country Park, protect its natural beauty, raise the parks profile, increase public awareness and work with the Local Authority as well as other appropriate organisations. The Friends provide walks with an historical interest, in the summer months together with other activities on a voluntary basis. We are a volunteer group with a membership that spans each corner of the country. We at the Friends now have a membership of both young and old, reaching  over 200 hardworking, dedicated members. We are always open to new members and invite you to join us. ​   We have a Visitors room in the Courtyard next to the Cafe. Here you can have a unique experience of the original Castle interior in colour. This is exclusive to Friends of Margam Park.
