If you have any concerns and would not like to appear in photos and video releases being published on web sources (Instagram, Facebook, GE Intranet) contact berenika.janeczek@ge.com after the event. You have the right to ask the immediate deletion of all images where you appear. With this kind of request, you can address the above-mentioned contact. The photos/video will be taken by GE personnel. All unpublished images and records will be deleted from storage media (including computer drives and SD cards) in 30 days after the event. GE will not use the records for purposes that are unrelated to the event, will not share with 3rd parties, and will not use in future publications.
