Georgina Szabo is a wellness advocate who loves to share her passion for healthy living with others. As founder of Yoga Spa Days in Marin she enjoys organizing events for busy professionals as well as stay-at-home Moms and Dads looking to improve their wellness and take time out from their crazy schedules with a little pampering. A mother of two beautiful girls she is also co-founder of Weddings on Film- a boutique video production company documenting prestigious private events since 2000.http://yogaspadaysinmarin.com/ Elizabeth Shelhart has been practicing yoga and Buddhist meditation for over 20 years. Initially studying yoga in India in the early 90’s, this provided a classical background to her yoga education. Her latest training was an extensive two year Dharma Yoga and Meditation combination course through Spirit Rock. She infuses her classes with reverence and kindness toward the body as well as the mind. https://www.eshelhart.com/ Karin Collins' journey to health and wellness began as a little girl growing up in Sweden, spending summers outside in the garden with her parents planting and harvesting fruit and veggies. Her favorite pastime was experimenting in the kitchen with her mother and coming up with dishes to share with friends and family. In 2011, Karin earned a degree in the Living Foods lifestyle at the Ann Wigmore Institute. She also attended Living Light Culinary Institute, where she became a certified Gourmet Raw Food Chef and Nutritionist educator.  A final spark came with the pregnancy and birth of Karin's daughter Liv in 2012. Karin knew instantly that her desire was to create and become a healthy living resource to other mothers and their families. The Living You LLC was born. It was during this time that Karin also became a certified yoga and fitness instructor and started the pre and postnatal fitness company, Fit4Mom Marin.  Most recently, Karin was certified at the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education in the Raindrop technique.  http://www.thelivingyou.com/
