Shelly Drews is on a fierce and earnest mission to serve as an advocate for the elderly in her community through education. By educating the families of seniors, she firmly believes that they can become empowered to make informed decisions for their loved ones; important choices that determine their quality of life for years to come. Ultimately, Shelly strives to advocate loving and dignified care for seniors everywhere. Additionally, Shelly Drews received an MBA in Healthcare Management along with her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Microbiology at the University of Arizona. She also holds a multitude of certifications, including a Certified Dementia Practitioner(CDP), Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer® (CADDCT), a current Certified Assisted Living Manager license with the Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers, and a Training Certification through Teepa Snow.
