iExChange, Inc. is a nonprofit organization based here in Richmond, VA. Mission: "To provide community-based opportunities and advocacy for the social advancement, professional development, and academic success of minority and marginalized persons and groups".   Framework: Social - Charging persons, groups, and all others to engage in ethical and equitable practices, as well as to carry-out acts of civic engagement that benefit and positively impact society at large while developing self-awareness and building competencies Professional - Supporting the development and correlations between passion and profession while creating the opportunity for persons to gain the needed knowledge and skills for them to navigate in their successful career Academic - Providing support and access in order to successfully matriculate through the educational system and being or having resources readily available that meet the needs of the student and their respective journey   Sample Events & Programs: College Prep Courses, Academic Success Coaching, Diversity & Inclusion Workshops/Forums, Career Coaching, and Professional & Leadership Development Sessions
