Innovative Changes

​ Since 2010, Innovative Changes has helped change the lives of Oregonians through programs and services that help people achieve their long term financial health. We are committed to serving our community and fostering racial equity and economic justice. In 2017, Innovative Changes merged with CASA of Oregon to expand our services across the state.
