Irish Naturist Association (INA) promotes non-sexual social nudity for physical and mental benefits such as body acceptance regardless of size, shape or colour, increasing self-confidence, de-emphasis on social status, self-respect and respect for others in harmony with nature. Irish Naturist Association lobbies for the official recognition of clothing optional beaches and organises private nude swim sessions in pools, beach meetups, nude hikes, etc. in different parts of Ireland. We believe naturism is a very wholesome activity for all ages, we encourage families to come along.
