A Retail Store Manager at the age of 19, he grew through the Corporate Industry to become Director of Operations, at the largest Tap Distribution company in South Africa. During this time, he owned a Joint Venture Franchise. He Ran the largest Tile and Sanitary Company in SA. Launch a new Brand within a Group opening 8 stores in a year. Automated Warehousing, Distributions and Importing and many other aspects over this time, including Systems and Procedures, Staff development, Mentoring, Coaching, Operations Manager for the larger Retailer in Tiles and Sanitary in SA During his journey, of almost 30 years in corporate, he developed a passion for developing people, aspiring them to improve their work and personal lives.
