She has been coaching singers for 26 years, speakers for 9 years and business owners for almost 3 years.   Laurece helps singers find their own voice and artistry, and create a powerful, gorgeous sound that really moves people. Laurece helps speaking and business communication clients feel comfortable and powerful as they share their unique genius and deeply connect with people. Clients expand their audience and shine in all variety of interviews, presentations, media, negotiations and public speaking. Laurece is working professionally as a singer and speaker. In the jazz, blues, folk and R&B styles, she is a songwriter, bandleader, multi-instrumentalist and recording artist. Laurece is the author of Creating a $20 Million Dollar Voice, the Professional Singer’s Road Map: How to Go from Good to Great to Legend.  Laurece has Elite training programs modeled after Olympic coaching, as well as programs for clients wishing to gain skills once a week or in a class. A published scientist, Laurece co-created The Art and Science of Presenting to train corporate groups. She gives workshops for students through the Durham Arts Council, the Duke Institute for Brain Science, the UNC School of Media and Journalism and the SKEMA School of Business.  Laurece completed three years of training at the Boldheart Business School (http://boldheart.com/), and three years of additional Boldheart mindset and strategy courses.
