Leading Into New Communities, Inc. (LINC) was established in 2000 as a community-based nonprofit organization, located in Wilmington, North Carolina whose vision is to “change lives to change communities.” LINC’s stated mission is to educate and motivate youth to make positive life choices while empowering men and women returning from incarceration to be productive members of society. LINC celebrates REENTRY WEEK by focusing the spotlight on issues that affect justice-involved individuals.
