Lillian is originally from Sydney, Australia, but spent 30 years living and working in Japan as a vegan chef, cooking instructor and lifestyle coach. Recently moved to Honolulu in December 2018 where she hosts 7-Course Fine Dining Vegan lunches and dinners, cooking classes, vegan lifestyle coaching, workshops, cooking demos at Down to Earth, creator of recipe videos and is the host of the new shoe on ThinkTech Hawaii, "lillian's Vegan World."
