Litter Free Philly/PhillyCAM

The Litter Free Philly campaign was formed by Maurice Sampson of Clean Water Action in collaboration with Trash Academy, an education and awareness program of Mural Arts’ Restored Spaces Initiative. Current members of the coalition include Jim Wylie & Meenal Raval of Sierra Club’s Southeastern PA Group (SPG), Kelly O’Day of East Mt Airy, and Jess Bellwoar of Penn Environment.  PhillyCAM is the non-profit designated by the City of Philadelphia to operate its public access television network.
