Lois Keay-Smith. Director of Career Wisdom, Lois is a career coach of 12 years' experience, with a Masters degree in Career Development. She has worked with a variety of clients from graduates to executives, including being career advisor for the Western Force Rugby Union team and consultant for Redkite's Career and Education program in WA, working with young people with cancer. Lois has enjoyed a "portfolio career" over the past decade, successfully winning jobs and contracts herself and helping others do the same.
