The mission of the Department of Procurement is to provide value, quality and customer satisfaction in our services while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, ethics and integrity in support of St. Edwards University.
Procurement services is responsible for:
Facilitating the university’s spend on construction, equipment, supplies, furniture and technology
Providing administration and oversight of St. Edward’s card programs of over 400 cards with more than $9 million in spend
Overseeing the aggregate spend of all SEU related travel and entertainment information into a convenient location in order to facilitate value added services
Assisting departments with sourcing strategies including purchase order issuance, evaluation, and contract formation in various areas of strategic campus activity
Managing contractual relations and performance for major university suppliers
Provide Mail/Copy services to the St. Edward’s University community
