Mindy Couture: Women's Life Coach-- Mindy guides women back to their natural state of being--unconditional self love! Mindy believes every woman has everything they need within them; however we often seek love, validation, and evidence of self-worth outside of ourselves. When we look outside of ourselves for love, self worth and validation it is common to experience unhealthy relationships, anxiety, feeling invisible, a sense of not belonging. Through spiritual practices, heart centered connection, meditation and movement Mindy holds space for women to find their way back to their natural state of being.
