Mthethwa Family Development Foundation

The Mthethwa Family Development Foundation has taken the initiative to provide Educational, Sports, Arts and Culture programs to 9 (nine) previously disadvantaged primary schools in three provinces namely: Gauteng, Mpumalanga and North West. It’s an initiative that was prompted by lack of interest in sports and literature. Through the use of unique activities and programmes MFDF provides holistic support to the underprivileged child by implementing programmes which nurture body, mind and soul. Our programmes consist of Sport Programmes (Netball and Soccer); Educational programmes (Spelling BEE, Read-A-thon and Symposium); Arts & Culture Programmes (Fine Art, Poetry and Drama); Social Development Programmes (Adopt A School and Adopt A Child) and are currently being implemented in 7 schools.
