Description Network of Family Service Professionals Incorporation officially announces the new project to implement. The new project is entitled: NAVIGATE THE POST ADOPTION. This project CONNECTS ETHIOPIAN BIRTH PARENTS/GUARDIANS, ETHIOPIAN ADULT ADOPTEES AND ADOPTIVE PARENTS TO POST ADOPTION SOLUTIONS. The agreement signed with Women and Girls Support-Ethiopia (WGS-E), an Ethiopian Charity legally registered and legal license from the Ethiopia Federal Charity and Society Agency according to the proclamation 621/2004 as Ethiopia Residence Charity. This organization not only supports Women and Young Girls but also huge help in helping Ethiopian birth parents who still struggle to make a living. Result areas of NAVIGATE THE POST ADOPTION PROJECT are the following: 1. Establish DATA BASE OR INFORMATION CENTER to Ethiopian Orphan, Vulnerable and Internationally adopted children, 2. FAMILY PRESERVATION, SEARCH AND REUNION for internationally adopted Children, 3. POST PLACEMENT REPORT DELIVERY to Ethiopian Government Ministry of Women and Children Affairs Office, Ethiopian Government Regional Women and Children Affair’s Offices, and Ethiopian Birth Parents or Guardians about internationally adopted Children whereabouts or situation, 4. ENHANCE THE PARTICIPATION of Internationally adopted children to solve post adoption related issues i.e. CULTURAL AND SELF-IDENTITY PROBLEMS during the post adoption period in Ethiopia through Birth Place Tour, Internship program and volunteer activities to Ethiopian Child Care organizations, 5. STRENGTH AND EMPOWER Ethiopian Local Child Care Organizations towards post adoption Solutions, 6.
