New Seasons Market- Central Kitchen

At New Seasons Market, we want to be the ultimate neighborhood grocery store. But we’re more than a grocery store—we are a socially responsible, progressive company that places as much value on taking care of our staff, community and the environment as we do on providing the highest quality fresh, local food.  Our Central Kitchen has about 165 staff members and delivers daily to our stores in Portland and to our stores in the greater Seattle area.  It produces approximately 6 million pounds of food per year or about 90,000 pieces per week.  Our kitchen prepares over 350 different items in Prepared Foods, Bakery and Pastry and generates about $350,000 per week or $18 million/year in revenue.
