The Office of Business Opportunity (OBO) is a unit within Procurement Services. Staff of OBO strives to increase the level of participation of small, minority- and woman-owned businesses in providing goods and services to Orange County Public Schools. Through implementation, management, and monitoring of the district's Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Local Developing Business (LDB) programs, the Office of Business Opportunity seeks to ensure OCPS purchases from small and diversely-owned businesses.
