Pasta Bella San Diego is locally owned and operated by Melissa Stoltz. Melissa has a mission to inspire creativity and knowledge with the desire for making pasta and sharing the craft within her community. The intimate environment of her workshops aims to cultivate passion and the fostering of ideas paired with memorable experiences. Melissa would like the community to join her in sharing an organic pride and movement of creating pasta in the local neighborhhods of San Diego.
