Philadelphia's Historic Neighborhood Consortium

Philadelphia’s Historic Neighborhood Consortium (PHNC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization incorporated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, particularly to promote and increase public use and knowledge of member organizations and “America’s most historic square mile;” to encourage cooperative activities and programs among member organizations; and to advocate for actions that protect and enhance the historic neighborhood surrounding Independence Hall.
