  Building Strong and Healthy Relationships Since 1979.   PREPARE/ENRICH Australia has provided training coordination and quality administration and development services since 1979, supporting its mission ‘to build strong marriages and healthy relationships’.The Leading Relationship Assessment and Skills-Building Program PREPARE/ENRICH is the leading relationship assessment and skills-building program used nationally and internationally, built on a solid research foundation and proven to significantly improve a couple’s relationship. The Customised Version of the inventory developed in 2009, assesses a broad range of couple functioning dimensions and is an excellent tool to help couples have a better understanding about what they may expect from a successful, happy and rewarding marriage relationship (Cleal, Jennifer 2011: Customised PREPARE/ENRICH Australia and ‘Consent’: Threshold Magazine, August 2011).   The Group Program: Proven to Assist Developing Couple Awareness and Building Skills Taking the power of the PREPARE/ENRICH assessment together with the Couple Workbook exercises in a group setting for engaged couples, the PREPARE/ENRICH Group Program provides for an adaptable, fun and thought provoking group process for vibrant couple and group discussion covering the core topics that predict marriage success. This program is designed to help couples celebrate their strengths and identify their growth areas and encourage them to dialogue about their relationship in meaningful and productive ways. Additionally the group program aims to increase practical relationship skills in Communication, Conflict Resolution, Closeness, Flexibility, and Financial Management and increase understanding of relationship issues in such areas as Personality, Affection & Sex, and Family of Origin.   A recent independent study found couples who participated in a PREPARE/ENRICH group program exhibited positive gains in knowledge, felt more confident in their relationship, engaged in more positive conflict management behaviours, and felt more satisfied with their relationship.
