Phillip Hoare is the Managing Director of Palladium Property, a Sydney based firm founded in 2005 and providing expert property advice, development management and strategic asset management services across various property sectors. He is an experienced property development manager across a wide range of project categories. He has 23 years’ experience in the property and development industry having managed projects in excess of $450 million, providing property advisory and managing projects for a range for private investor’s multi-nationals, ASX listed companies and NSW Government clients. He was awarded the NM Rothschild Prize and Jones Lang LaSalle Award for a final year master of property development and lectures part-time in property development at a leading Sydney university in this discipline.
