Queer Tech

We are a not for profit organization empowering local LGBTQ+ technologists and entrepreneurs through a series of meetups, hackathons, and networking events. We aim to develop a thriving ecosystem to support and grow LGBTQ+ leadership in tech.   The Communities We Serve Entrepreneurs: In order to promote economic growth within the LGBTQ+ community, we are looking to increase LGBTQ+ representation at the Founder level and to inspire the community at large with their success.   Developers/ Tech Talent: Through our event, we aim to arm the tech talent workforce with the tools needed to find their place in an inclusive firm.   Startups Ecosystem: Through our partnerships, we are increasing LGBTQ+ representation within startups, accelerators, incubators, VC and others to insure inclusion is at the forefront and increase the community buying power.   Our Monthly Events Aim To Inspire our community: A series of fireside chats with notable leaders dedicated to inspire the LGBTQ+ community to build, grow and succeed.   Educate our community: Educational panels and tech talks meant to teach, train and expand the minds of the LGBTQ+ community.   Develop our community: Pitch nights dedicated to provide LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs the opportunity to share their startup and increase adoption, sales and funding.
