The Rebecca Lynn Cutler Legacy of Life Foundation was established in 2005 and became a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation in 2009. Carrying out the mission of Rebecca’s Dream, our foundation is propelled by the dreams of Rebecca Cutler, an intelligent and passionate woman who succumbed to her own struggle with depression and bipolar disorder. Rebecca’s family and friends wanted to continue her personal mission to help others receive the treatment and support that they need.
