The Red River Chapter of the American Theatre Organ Society (RRATOS) was founded in 1965 - ten years after the start of the parent organization, ATOS. Its membership is comprised of organ enthusiasts, organists, and technicians from the Fargo/Moorhead area. It is one of over 83 chapters in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. RRATOS owns two Wurlitzer organs that are used regularly and is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. The chapter hosts an annual Silent movie night at the Fargo Theatre, provides accompaniment for Minnesota State University's Summer Cinema Series, and produces noon hour Holiday concerts in December. RRATOS is dedicated to maintaining and presenting the theatre pipe organ to current audiences in the Fargo/Moorhead area. For more information on the Mighty Wurlitzer, visit RRATOS.org
