Rise Up Strength is a training program designed to utilize both an in-depth flexibility program along with a specific stabilization training program to design the body to prepare for any type of workout program and stay injury free. We have also added Pickleball to our programs. We do local Drills and Skills classes and clinics in different locations throught the Portland area.
