She has done this through executive recruiting, career coaching, and generational diversity keynoting. Through a divine epiphany in December 2013, she was suddenly, and overwhelmingly, moved to tears by the plight facing long-term unemployed Boomers, some of whom were her coaching clients. She knew something had to be done to change the face of their job search and help them recareer into the more age-friendly freelance "gig" economy. Today, BoomerWorks promotes education and community building among the 55+ cohort so that each individual can contribute meaningfully to the workforce and experience financial freedom in their next phase of life.
