Whisper Vineyards is Owned and Operated by Steve & Laura Gallagher and Barbara Perrotta of Borella's Farms. They believe that by continuing the agricultural use of their land, they can help to retain the farming history of Long Island and preserve their family's farming roots dating back to 1945. Slates & Plates, Inc. is a mobile cheese pairing business.  Owners Maxine Mall and Nicole Nash share an obsessive passion for food.  They love and respect good food, real food.  Food that not only comes from the heart but with hands as well. We’re cheesemongers. We pride ourselves on supporting the American Cheesemaker, as well as other artisan food producers nationwide and worldwide.
