As the Founder and CEO of SMART Ideas Consulting Firm (SICF), LaDonna Turner has an intimate knowledge of what is required to overcome the challenges of high-risk factors such as poverty and therefore is personally invested in her client’s success.  She chose social work as a career because "I’m devoted to strengthening vulnerable populations and I have a passion for creating opportunities for people in need to thrive". With over 17 years of experience working in direct client services, management and administration, She has the background and skills necessary to appreciate and address your agency needs.  LaDonna Turner is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University and a Missouri Family Development Credential from the University of MO-Kansas City.  She is also a trained Strengths-based Coach & Mentor by the Francis Institute.  With 17 years of experience working in human services programs at all levels including direct client services, management and administration, LaDonna is a highly specialized and skilled human services consultant.Mrs. Turner is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), National Association of Professional Women (NAPW St. Louis Chapter Vice President), St. Louis Hispanic Chamber of Commerce  and the Center for the Acceleration of African-American Business (CAAAB)
