Step Up Moment

Step Up Moment, currently hosted by the Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse, is an outreach program bringing fitness and healthy lifestyles to Syracuse’s poorest communities. We offer free weekly fitness classes on the Rescue Mission campus and facilitate a healthy groceries initiative, awarding participants specially designed gift certificates to Nojaim’s Supermarket to purchase healthy groceries for every 5 workouts attended.
