After Susan’s former boss tried to screw her out of her planned maternity leave, she decided to start her own law firm, Crumiller P.C., dedicated to fighting pregnancy and caregiver discrimination. Crumiller P.C.’s mission is to advocate for, and empower, new parents who derive joy from their families AND their work, and to fight the false dichotomy between our professionalism and our family lives, and to fight for gender equality in the workplace. Susan is a trial litigator and a proud “parentrepreneur” who loves nothing more in life than telling her 3-year-old and 5-year-old daughters about how mommy owns a business that helps other mommies and daddies.
