Her workshops have inspired cosmetologists, executives and professionals in the beauty industry in London, Barbados, Trinidad, Jamaica, Grenada, Bahamas, and throughout the US. A licensed cosmetology teacher, with a BA in Business administration and Certificate in Integrated Marketing, Tennille has trained extensively in cutting, color and chemical reformation, as well as with products including Design Essentals, Aveda, Redken, Italy, Loreal while working to identify the best products and techniques for textured hair. She has managed a team of over 80 Educators, facilitating Professional Salon Workshops with CosmoProf, Salon Centric, Paramount, Armstrong McCall, Sally Beauty while managing photo shoots and trade show productions at Bronner Brother Atlanta, Premier Orlando and International Beauty Show New York for over 10 years. With extensive experience in product development, advertising, marketing beauty products and managing salon professionals, Tennille is a Marketing Consultant and a respected professional amongst her peers of Beauty Industry Execs.
